How do you use the search function?

I have the Andre 3000 Whole Foods mixtape. I'm considering sharing it but not if it's already up here. a search for whole foods yields a gazillion posts. a search for whole AND foods yields two threads. The Mixtape thread and the 'fitness' thread in the off topic section. Obviously in this case I can almost assume that the Whole Foods mixtape is in there, but I'd like to make sure by finding out if someone was just mentioning it or they uplaoded it. There's no way to find a specific post and I can't waste my time going thru 54 pages of threads, and bloated signatures/avatars looking for the one instance of highlighted "whole foods"

Is there some way to use the search to find not just the thread but the actual post?

i haven't seen it posted yet, no one really cares if its been posted before its not like people gonna post 'old old old' or crap like that, usually members post more than once, in case 1 of the link dies or so....majority here don't use the search button, but if you want to search in 1 forum choose in the Search Options & you can minimize the search result to be more accurate what you're looking for.
